Your arrival in Spain signifies the end of your
planning and the beginning of the exciting hunt for your dream home.
Having spoken to us on the telephone, you will probably have some idea
of the location and type of property you desire.
We work
closely with all of the agents in and around Nerja and subscribe to a
shared database program that unables us to access all properties for
sale within the area, thus saving you the time and stress of visiting
numerous estate agents.
After
discussing with you your requirements our staff will be able to advise
you of a number of suitable properties within our portfolio to best
match your requirements.
We recommend that you look at a few properties and make comparisons to
ensure that when you make your decision it is the right one. Our
objective is to find the best property within your budget that would
suit your requirements.
Deposit payment can be made by
credit card or bank transfer and will be held in your name. We do not
recommend that you carry cash in your pocket but do ensure that this sum
is readily available as a delay could mean your dream becoming another
persons reality. Payment of this sum, usually 3,000€, fixes the price,
confirms your intention to buy and means that the property is taken off
the market and reserved for you.
Do be aware that you will need
to pay taxes and fees (Notary fee, solicitors fee and mortgage fee, if
required) amounting to approximately 10% or 11% of the price of your
property when you buy in Spain. This should be considered when
calculating your budget.
