Detached four bedroom villa situated just 10 minutes walk from Nerja town and 15 minutes walk to the beach.  This is a very private villa with its own swimming pool and fantastic views to the sea and mountains.  There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms.  Two of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms, are situated on the ground floor and are accessed by a separate entrance.  There is a summer kitchen situated in the gardens with sink, hob, BBQ, fridge and also a separate utility room.  There is a land line telephone, ADSL and WiFi connection.  The pool and gardens will be cleaned and maintained every 3/4 days.

Terrace – A large terrace is accessed from the lounge with a wooden family dining table and 6 chairs, separate drinks table with 4 chairs. Stunning views to the mountains and sea.
