A beautiful 4 bedroom townhouse situated in a quiet urbanisation just 2.5km west of Nerja and a few minutes from the beach. This property is perfect for a family holiday, split over 3 levels the top level contains 3 spacious bedrooms with a full bathroom, the second level contains an office study with WIFI, lounge with terrace and open planned fully fitted kitchen and the ground floor has separate lounge, bedroom and bathroom. Outside there is a small pool 5 x 3 metres and garden, with sun loungers. The property consists of SKY T.V with all BBC and ITV channels. There are patio doors from the lounge which open onto a terrace which is furnished with a table and 4 chairs. There are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms all with wardrobes. The kitchen is fully fitted with large fridge freezer, microwave, oven, 4 ring hob electric and washing machine. There is a log burner in the living room and a ceiling fan.

Living room - There are two separate living rooms, one with leather sofa and the other with cloth sofa, log fire, satellite television, DVD, video player, CD player, safe.
 Study - with wi-fi connection.
 Kitchen - Modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, electric hob and oven, washing machine, cloths dryer, toaster etc
 Bedrooms - Four bedrooms, two double bedrooms with double beds and two twin bedrooms all fitted with wardrobes, bedside cabinets, reading lamps.
 Bathrooms - Two family bathrooms, with bath, shower, WC etc,
Outside - Two large terraces, private swimming pool approximately 5 meters x 3 meters, private garden with sun loungers and outside patio furniture, views of the sea, mountains and surrounding area.  Parking.

Prices from 850 Euros per week
 A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation and the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival.
