Well furnished villa built on 3 levels with 4 good sized bedrooms and air conditioning which also acts as heaters for the winter months. Large lounge/diner with English cable TV also with air conditioned. Fully fitted kitchen. 2 bathrooms. 2 large terraces with stunning views and a lower garden with pool. The villa also has off street parking for 1 car with an additional space outside. It is positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac on Nerja golf. Very secluded and built on a 400 sq.m plot. With the pool on the lower level it can be shut off if you have small children. The gardens and the villa are totally closed in with walls and gated entrance. Close to Burriana Beach (approx 10 mins walk) and to the centre of town (approx 15-20 mins walk) with many restaurants and bars all close by.

 Kitchen – Fully fitted Kitchen with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, hob and microwave.
 Bedrooms  - Bedroom 1 with king size double bed, patio doors to terrace, air con. Bedroom 2 with double bed, air con, patio doors to garden. Bedroom 3 with twin beds, air con, patio doors to garden. Bedroom 4 twin beds, air con, patio doors to terrace.
 Bathroom – Bathroom 1 with a bath with shower, sink, wc cupboards. Bathroom 2 with a large shower, sink, cupboards, wc, washing machine and dryer.
 Terrace – A large terrace off lounge with a large marble dining table that seats 6 with leather dining chairs. There is also a large gas barbecue and stunning views to the mountains and sea.

Prices from 675 Euros per week
 A 35% deposit is required to secure your reservation and the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival.
