Sun terraces -  There are two separate terraces, one south facing affording excellent sea and mountain views and one at the rear with clothes dryer. Parking is not private but you can usually park outside the front door.
 
Urbanisation The urbanisation has a swimming pool with separate kiddies pool and lifeguard in attendance, sun loungers, parasols and 2 poolside bar's. There are also a number of friendly bars and restaurants within walking distance.
