Lounge/Dining - There is a spacious open plan lounge complete with new leather sofas, all the luxury mod-cons including a 37" plasma screen TV, DVD
player, cinema surround sound system, SKY PLUS TV with all channels,
air-conditioning, internet access, WI FI and telephone access.
The dining area is open planned and has seating for 8.
From the lounge there is a 3 metre folding patio door leading to a covered
terrace with table and chairs, an ideal spot to enjoy al fresco dining.
Kitchen - The kitchen boasts
marble work tops and breakfast bar, a Belfast double sink, large fridge
freezer, SMEG gas cooker and hob, dishwasher, washing machine and a wealth
of cooking utensils including a juicer and blender and is the ideal place
for a family dinner.
Bedrooms - The master bedroom has
a ceiling fan, full fitted wardrobes, a king sized bed and an ensuite
bathroom.
The second and third bedrooms have twin beds fitted wardrobes and ceiling
fans.
There is a beautiful conservatory off the third bedroom which doubles as a
play room and is equipped with a new sofa bed to sleep 2 people.
Bathrooms - One full family bathroom and one en-suite shower room.
Outside
terraces and private pool – Outside
the 8m x 4m swimming pool is surrounded by sun terraces. There is a
welcome shaded area by the swimming pool for the hottest part of the day.
Sunbeds and parasols are provided.
The terracing and garden are south facing which means you get to take
advantage of the sun all day and evening.
There are a wealth of terraces around the villa which give you plenty of
places to relax in peace.
The lawned garden is at the bottom and completely enclosed and safe for
young children. BBQ area.
Roof Terrace -
The roof terrace off the lounge has 360 degree views to the mountains and
sea and is furnished with a very relaxing hammock.

additional cost, please advise if you require a landline telephone.

700 Euros per week
A 50% deposit is required to
secure your reservation and the balance 4
weeks prior to arrival.
