This charming spacious three bedroom family villa with south facing balcony is quality rental accommodation in Nerja.  Suitable for up to six people.  Capistrano Village is a large urbanisation just 1.5 kms east of Nerja town and a short distance from the beach.  This village offers two large open air swimming pools, an indoor swimming pool and sauna (open during the winter period)

Lounge/Dining - Comfortably furnished with cable TV (BBC, ITV etc.), dining table, chairs, armchairs and settee. Patio doors leading out to the terrace with patio furniture leading down to small garden.
 Kitchen - Modern fully fitted kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster.
 Bedrooms - Upstairs is one master bedroom with en suite bathroom, double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets etc, downstairs are the other two bedrooms one master with double bed, fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets and the other children's room with bunk beds, fitted wardrobes etc.  The double room downstairs leads out into the garden.
 Bathroom - upstairs with shower, WC and wash basin.  Downstairs shower, bath, WC and wash basin.
 Balcony - south facing sun terrace/balcony-patio table, chairs and parasol, clothes dryer and small garden.
 Cleaning - Bed linen and towels changed weekly. Iron and ironing board provided.
Capistrano Village
 The Capistrano Village is situated between the magnificent back drop of the Sierra Almijar Mountains and the Mediterranean, this village, built in the local Andalucian style, is perfectly positioned along one of the un-spoilt stretches of the Costa del Sol. This villa is situated in this luxury development with it's glorious gardens of jasmine, oleander, hibiscus and bouganvillias. There are two magnificent swimming pools surrounded by cypress, olive and palm trees. There is a restaurant and supermarket in El Capistrano. About five minutes walk from the house at the entrance of the village, is a tennis club.

Prices from 450 Euros per week
 A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation and the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival
