Detached villa situated 500m from Mediterranean and beautiful gardens of one of the most sought after green bays in the Nerja area, Ladera del Mar, just 5 minutes drive from the town of Nerja. The views from the villa are simply breathtaking. There are 2 terraces, 1 being 30ft in length, with dining furniture, parasol, sun loungers and large fixed BBQ.  It is furnished to a very high standard throughout.

Lounge/dining - Large lounge/dining room with 2 sets of French doors and 2 sets of patio doors leading to the main terrace. Furnished to a very high standard of Italian marble and glass dining table with leather chairs, Sky +, Sky full package on plasma TV, 4 recliners.
 Kitchen - Fully fitted modern kitchen with halogen cooker, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, electric orange juicer, ice crusher, egg poacher, etc.
 Bedrooms - Master double bedroom en-suite. with LCD Sky full package
2 further twin bedrooms, 1 with TV.   All bedrooms have fitted mirrored wardrobes and sea views with access to a terrace which is perfect for that first tea or coffee in the morning.
 Bathroom - En-suite bathroom to master bedroom, second family bathroom and guest cloakroom.
 Outside - Communal butterfly shaped swimming pool which is accessed by keyholders only and is complete with changing rooms and beautiful settings of the bay. The terrace has dinning space for the whole family with a large B.B.Q.
 Cleaning - Bed linen and towels changed weekly. Iron and ironing board provided.

Prices from 700 Euros per week
 A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation and the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival.
