Communal swimming pool with separate kiddies pool and life guard.  Pool side bar and restaurant with live evening entertainment.  Fantastic south facing views towards the sea, the mountains and the town.

Lounge/Dining - Comfortably furnished with satellite TV (ITV, BBC etc), music system, dining table, chairs, sofa-bed, arm-chairs and coffee table. There is also an air-conditioned unit on the wall.
 Kitchen - Modern fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dish washer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.
 Bedrooms - Master bedroom with king size bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinet and reading lamp - second bedroom has bunk beds, fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinet and reading lamp.
 Bathroom - One bathroom with bath/shower, WC, bidet and washbasin. The second bathroom is en-suite off the master bedroom with shower room, WC, bidet and wash basin.
 Terrace and garden - Patio table, chairs. A few steps from the terrace lead to a small private garden area. From the terrace there are sea views.
 
 Urbanization: The urbanization offers swimming pool with separate kiddies pool and lifeguard in full time attendance. There are a number of friendly bars and restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful Spanish Gardens. The pool is open from April to October.

Extras
 Cots, high-chairs and extra beds can be hired at a price of 15€ per item per week.
We can arrange airport transfers and car hire.
The property will be cleaned and linen changed at the end of each week.
We can also arrange day trips to anywhere in Andalucia.

Prices from 350 Euros per week
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation and the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival.
