Communal swimming pool with separate kiddies pool and life guard.  Pool side bar and restaurant with live evening entertainment.  Fantastic views of the mountains and countryside.

Lounge/dining area - Very comfortably furnished with Sky TV,  dining table, chairs, armchairs, air-conditioning, settee and coffee table.
 Kitchen - Modern fully fitted kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
 Master bedroom - with King size bed, air-con, fitted wardrobes, bed side cabinet, reading lamps, dressing table.
 Second bedroom - with twin beds, air-con, fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinet with reading lamps.
 Bathroom's The main bathroom has bath, overhead shower, WC, bidet and hand basin. Second bathroom with has WC and wash basin.
 Sun terraces - There are three separate terraces affording excellent Nerja and mountain views - sun loungers and patio table, chairs, parasol, and clothes dryer. Also a small garden at the rear of the property.
 
 Urbanisation - The urbanisation has a swimming pool with separate kiddies pool and lifeguard in attendance, sun loungers, parasols and a poolside bar. There are a number of friendly bars and restaurants within walking distance, and beautiful Spanish gardens with seating areas.

 Extras
 Cots, high-chairs and extra beds can be hired at a price of 15€ per item per week.
We can arrange airport transfers and car hire.
The property will be cleaned and linen changed at the end of each week.
We can also arrange day trips to anywhere in Andalucia.

Prices from 350 Euros per week
 A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation and the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival.
