This charming two bedroom apartment is quality rental accommodation in Nerja suitable for up to four people.  Tropicana is a quiet urbanisation just 1.5 kms west of Nerja town and a short distance from the beach.

Lounge/dining area - Very comfortably furnished with Sky TV,  dining table, chairs, armchairs, air- con, settee and coffee table.
 Kitchen - Modern fully fitted kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
 Master bedroom - with King size bed, air-con, fitted wardrobes, bed side cabinet, reading lamps, dressing table.
 Second bedroom - with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinet reading lamps, ceiling fan;
 Bathroom's The main bathroom has bath, overhead shower, WC, bidet and hand basin. Second bathroom with has WC and wash basin.
 Sun terraces - There are three separate terraces affording excellent Nerja and mountain views - sun loungers and patio table, chairs, parasol, and clothes dryer. Also a small garden at the rear of the property.
 
 Urbanisation - The urbanisation has a swimming pool with separate kiddies pool and lifeguard in attendance, sun loungers, parasols and a poolside bar. There are a number of friendly bars and restaurants within walking distance, and beautiful Spanish gardens with seating areas.

Prices from 250 Euros per week
 A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation and the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival.
