Lounge/dining - Comfortably furnished with sofa and two chairs dining table and four chairs, Spanish satellite TV with a couple of English channels. Patio doors leading out to balcony with patio furniture.
 Kitchen – With oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster.
 Bedroom - One double bedroom with a double bed and another with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, bed side cabinet and reading lamps.
 Bathroom – Two en-suite bathrooms with one with bath and overhead shower and the other has shower,  WC and washbasin.
 Balcony – Small private balcony with garden furniture.
 Cleaning - Bed linen and towels changed weekly. Iron and ironing board provided.
 Torrecilla Area - The apartment is well situated near to many restaurants and opposite the popular Torrecilla Beach. It is a few minutes walk to the Balcon of Europa.

Prices from 350 Euros per week
 Special rates available for long winter lets.
 A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation and the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival.
