Access from the lounge is the balcony which has patio furniture and a superb sea and mountain views. It is approximately a 10 minute walk into Nerja town centre but there are plenty of restaurants along the sea front.

Lounge/dining area - Comfortably furnished living area with ceiling fan, dining table, 4 chairs, 1 sofabed, sofa, European Satellite TV, music system & DVD.
 Kitchen - Fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.
 Bedrooms - One double bedroom and one twin bedroom both with fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, fans and reading lamps.  There is also a single sofabed in the lounge.
 Bathrooms - One full bathroom with bath, shower, WC & wash basin.
 Outside - South facing balcony with patio furniture and views to the sea and mountains.
 There is a lift to the apartment.
 Cleaning - Bed linen and towels changed weekly. Iron and ironing board provided.

Prices from 395 Euros per week
 A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation and the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival.
