This lovely 2 bedroom apartment is situated on the sea front in Nerja's famous Burriana Beach - ideal for couples and families that like the beach. This apartment is tastefully decorated throughout. Access from the lounge is the large terrace which has patio furniture and a superb sea view. It is approximately a 10 minute walk into Nerja town centre but there are plenty of restaurants along the sea front.  Air-conditioning throughout the apartment.  The owners do request that the guests water the plants.

 Lounge/Dining - Very nicely furnished with TV (Astra System, CNN, BBC World, Eurosport, SKY News), 2 sofas, coffee table, dining table and chairs. Air Conditioning.
 Kitchen - Modern fitted kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, iron and ironing board.
 Bedrooms - One double bedroom with en suite bathroom and one twin bedroom; both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, bed side cabinets, reading lamps. Extra bed linen and towels are left if staying on a 2 week basis. Air Conditioning.
 Bathrooms - One en-suite with shower, WC and wash basin and separate bathroom with bath, shower, W.C. and hand basin.

Prices from 450 Euros per week
 A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation and the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival.
