This very nice refurbished two bedroom apartment in Capistrano Village is situated just north of Nerja and Burriana beach, the most popular beach in Nerja with crystal clear water and plenty of facilities.  There are two large communal swimming pools and gardens surrounding the properties. Lounge/Dining - Spacious lounge/dining room two x two seater sofas, dining table and six chairs, with patio doors leading to the main terrace. Furnished to a high standard and equipped with European satellite television, air-conditioning
 Kitchen - Modern fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave.
 Bedroom - Master double bedroom with fitted wardrobed, bedside cabinets and reading lamps plus further twin bedded room with fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and reading lamps.
 Bathrooms - There are two bathrooms, one with bath, overhead shower WC and the other separate shower room and WC. They are en-suite to the bedrooms.
 Sun Terrace - Private sun terrace with, patio furniture.
 Swimming Pool -Two large communal swimming pools which is accessed by Residents only.
