Capistrano playa is a complex of approximately 120 self contained houses and apartments designed to give the appearance of a traditional Andalucia village. It is built on each side of a valley which extends down to Burriana Beach. There is a heated communal swimming pool for the use of residents and a bar and restaurant on the site.  Access to the property is via a private lift, for use of the residents only or from Burriana Beach.  Please note that there are a number of steps leading to the property.
Patio doors from the lounge lead to a South facing balcony of about 20 sqm with stunning beach views.
There are many local restaurants, bars, bistros and cocktail lounges specialising in local and international cuisine. The centre of Nerja is just 15 minutes walk and can be reached through the tropical gardens then along the beach or via a zig zag path.

Lounge/Dining - Comfortably furnished with satellite TV (ITV, BBC etc), dining table, four chairs, two armchairs, a three seater sofa and coffee table.
Kitchen - Modern fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.
Bedrooms - Master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinet and reading lamps - second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinet and reading lamp.
Bathroom - One bathroom with bath/shower, WC, bidet and washbasin. The second bathroom is en-suite off the master bedroom with shower room, WC, bidet and wash basin.
Terrace and garden - Patio table, chairs and sun loungers. There is also a communal plaza and gardens.
 Urbanization: The urbanization offers a heated swimming pool.  There are a number of friendly bars and restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful Spanish Gardens.

Extras
Cots, high-chairs and extra beds can be hired at a price of 15€ per item per week.
We can arrange airport transfers and car hire.
The property will be cleaned and linen changed at the end of each week.
We can also arrange day trips to anywhere in Andalucia.
