This lovely apartment can be found in one of the most sought after areas of Nerja, right next to the Parador hotel and Burriana beach. It is a very private building consisting of 10 apartments, 5 on the ground floor and 5 on the upper floor. This apartment is on the ground floor with direct access to the communal swimming pool through private terraces. We also have apartments on the first floor.

Lounge/Dining - Spacious lounge with table and 4 chairs, satelite TV, sofa and chair. Lounge opens onto the terrace.
 Kitchen - Fully fitted kitchen with necesary utensils, microwave, oven and fridge/freezer. The kitchen is spacious and opens to the lounge. Washing machine is in a separate room outside the apartment.
 Bedrooms - Two large bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes. One with a double bed, one with 2 single beds.
 Bathroom - Full bathroom with bath and shower.
 Terrace – Spacious terrace with table and chairs.
 linen/maid service: Bed linen and towels are provided and changed every 7 days. Iron/ironing board provided. Central heating.

Prices from 400 Euros per week
 A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation and the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival.
