This lovely 2 bedroom apartment is situated on the sea front in Nerja's famous Burriana Beach area - ideal for couples and families that like the beach. Accessed from the lounge is the large 24m sq terrace which has patio furniture, sun loungers and a superb sea view. It is approximately a 10 minute walk into Nerja town centre but there are plenty of restaurants along the sea front.

Lounge/Dining - Very nicely furnished apartment with TV (Spanish) sofa, armchair, coffee table, dining table and chairs.  Patio doors leading out to the terrace.
 Kitchen - Modern fitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, iron and ironing board.
 Bedrooms - One double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and one twin bedroom.  Both with fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and reading lamps.
Bathroom - One ensuite bathroom with shower, WC and wash basin and one full bathroom with with bath, overhead shower, WC, bidet and washbasin.
 Terrace – South facing sun terrace with patio furniture and sun loungers enjoying lovely views of the sea and mountains.
 There is also a lift.

Prices from 450 Euros per week
 A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation and the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival.
