Access from the lounge is the terrace which has patio furniture and a superb sea view. It is approximately a 10 minute walk into Nerja town centre but there are plenty of restaurants along the sea front.

Lounge/dining - Comfortably furnished with, dining table, chairs, 2 sofas, satellite television (European) CD player, sideboard cabinet and coffee table.
 Kitchen - Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster.
 Bedrooms - One double and one twin with two single beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinet and reading lamps etc.
 Bathrooms - Full bathroom with shower, WC & wash basin.
 Outside - Private balcony with patio furniture and sun loungers.  Folding arm Awning.  South facing with sea views.
 Cleaning - Extra bed linen and towels are left if staying on a 2 week basis. Iron and ironing board provided.
 Garage - Private garage available 50€ per week

Prices from 480 Euros per week
 A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation and the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival.
