This lovely 1 bedroom apartment is situated on the sea front in Nerja's famous Burriana Beach area - ideal for couples and families that like the beach. This apartment is new and tastefully decorated throughout with air conditioning. Access from the lounge is the terrace which has patio furniture and a superb sea view. It is approximately a 15 minute walk into Nerja town centre but there are plenty of restaurants along the sea front.  The owner does request that the guests water the plants.

Lounge/dining - Very nicely furnished to a high quality with, dining table, 4 chairs, sofa bed, European satellite television, sideboard cabinet, ceiling fan, coffee table and air-con unit.
 Kitchen - Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and toaster.
 Bedrooms - One double bedroom, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinet, ceiling fan, reading lamp and air-con unit.
 Bathrooms - One full bathroom with bath, shower, WC & wash basin.
 Outside - Large sun terrace with patio furniture and sun loungers.
 Extra bed linen and towels are left if staying on a 2 week basis. Iron and ironing board provided.

Prices from 450 Euros per week
 A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation and the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival.
