Access from the lounge is the 90sqm terrace which has patio furniture, sun loungers and a superb sea view. It is approximately a 10 minute walk into Nerja town centre but there are plenty of restaurants along the sea front. Satellite TV.

 Kitchen - Fully fitted kitchen with hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.
Bedrooms - One double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinet and reading lamps.
 Bathrooms - Full bathroom with bath, shower, WC & wash basin.
 Outside -  90sqm private terrace with patio furniture, sun loungers, parasol and folding arm awning. South facing with sea views.
 Extra bed linen and towels are left if staying on a 2 week basis. Iron and ironing board provided.

Prices from 385 Euros per week
 A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation and the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival.
