The apartment is only a few meters away from the Torrecilla beach and has one bedroom with twin beds, one bathroom, fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer. Dinning area and a private balcony with fantastic views. In addition, there is a community swimming pool (Open from the middle of June until the middle of September). English Satelite System.

 Kitchen - Modern fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, iron and ironing board.
 Bedrooms - The bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, bed side cabinets and reading lamps.
Bathrooms - The apartment has one bathroom with bath, overhead shower WC and wash basin.
 Balcony – Private south facing balcony with fantastic views of the sea and the Plaza los Cangrejos.
 Communal Swimming pool - Open from mid June to mid September.
 Cleaning - Bed linen and towels changed weekly. Iron and ironing board provided.

Prices from 225 Euros per week
 A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation and the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival.
