Fabulous apartment located in one of the best areas of Nerja (Av. del Mediterraneo) with great views to the beach, sea, and to the beautiful “Plaza los Cangrejos” with many restaurants, bars and summer terraces. The apartment is only a few meters away from the Torrecilla beach and has one bedroom with twin beds, one bathroom, fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer. Dinning area and a private balcony with fantastic views. In addition, there is a community swimming pool (Open from the middle of June until the middle of September). English Satelite System.

Lounge/Dining - Comfortably furnished with sofas, sideboard, dining table and chairs. English Satellite TV
 Kitchen - Modern fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, iron and ironing board.
 Bedrooms - The bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, bed side cabinets and reading lamps.
Bathrooms - The apartment has one bathroom with bath, overhead shower WC and wash basin.
 Balcony – Private south facing balcony with fantastic views of the sea and the Plaza los Cangrejos.
 Communal Swimming pool - Open from mid June to mid September.
 Cleaning - Bed linen and towels changed weekly. Iron and ironing board provided.

Prices from 225 Euros per week
 A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation and the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival.
