Lounge/dining - comfortably furnished with Satellite TV, stereo, dining table, chairs, armchair and settee.  patio doors leading out to balcony with patio furniture and views towards the sea.
 Kitchen – with oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster.
 Bedroom - with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, bed side cabinet and a safe.
 Bathroom – With shower, bath, WC and washbasin.
 Balcony – Sun balcony affording excellent sea views – patio table, chairs and parasol.
 Cleaning - Bed linen and towels changed weekly. Iron and ironing board provided.
 Torrecilla Area - The apartment is well situated near to many restaurants and opposite the popular torrecilla Beach. It is a five minute walk to the balcon of Europa.

Prices from 250 Euros per week
 Special rates available for long winter lets.
 A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation and the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival.
