Lounge/dining - Comfortably furnished with dining table, chairs, two sofabeds, (Astra) Sat TV.  Patio doors leading out to balcony with patio furniture and views towards the sea and the Oasis de Capistrano waterfall.
 Kitchen – with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine.
 Bedroom - with double bed, fitted wardrobes, bed side cabinets reading lamps.
 Bathroom – With shower, bath, WC and washbasin.
 Balcony – Balcony affording excellent south east sea views – patio table and chairs.
 Cleaning - Bed linen and towels changed weekly. Iron and ironing board provided.

Prices from 350 Euros per week
 Special rates available for long winter lets.
 A 35% deposit is required to secure your reservation and the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival.
