This charming block of one and two bedroom apartments is situated in the centre of the front line Burriana Beach, Nerja, and is fine rental accommodation.  Each south facing apartment has a private terrace or balcony. There is a rooftop swimming pool with panoramic views and large sun terrace with sun loungers and shower.  The accommodation also has a lift, underground parking and a safe is available in each apartment.

Lounge/Dining - Comfortably furnished with Satellite TV (Sky News, Eurosport & CNN), armchairs, sofas, coffee table, sideboard, dining table and chairs.
 Kitchen - Modern fitted kitchen with hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, iron and ironing board.
 Bedrooms - All bedrooms are fitted with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, bed side cabinets and reading lamps.
Bathrooms - Each apartment has one bathroom with bath, overhead shower WC and wash basin.
 Balcony – Each south facing apartment has a private balcony/terrace with patio furniture and sun loungers.
 Rooftop Swimming pool with sun loungers, patio furniture and beautiful panoramic views.
 Cleaning - Bed linen and towels changed weekly. Iron and ironing board provided.

Prices from 350 Euros per week
 A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation and the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival.
